Click & Collect Refund Policy

Click and collect orders will be held in Rosie's Closet store for 14 days from the date of your order.

Your 14 days starts from the date of your order. Orders must be collected and returned, if necessary, within this time period.

After the 14 days you will be outside of the refunds policy and will not qualify for a refund if the item does not fit/suit etc. 

 

Click and collect hours are available within Rosie's Closet opening hours;

Tuesday 11-4pm

Wednesday 11-4pm

Thursday 11-8pm

Friday 11-4pm

Saturday 10-5pm
